Shipping & Returns

We ship to all countries worldwide. For all our shipping needs we use UPS, FEDEX and CANADA POST. All expedited parcels to U.S as well as within Canada have tracked shipping with Canada Post. It is also available with Fedex and UPS. All orders with cleared payments will be shipped within 3 business days or within 24 hrs for urgent orders if requested. For all other payments such as certified checks, money orders, bank drafts, wire transfers etc, the order will be shipped only after the payment is received. For certified check payments the order will be shipped only after the check is cleared by the bank in 5-7 business days. For international money orders it takes 10-12days.

The shipping charges are based on the merchandise total shipped to a single address.

We advise you to take coverage for orders more than $100.00 CAD as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Nor do we have control over any delays by the postal or courier service providers.

The Flat rate option for shipping is given as a quick method for a fast and easy check out. Flat rates are provided only for U.S and Canada. For international shipping rates, please email us at shipping@indicana.com .

For returns, please make sure to use the same shipping company that delivered the parcel to you.

Brokerage/Duties & Taxes: Parcels sent to U.S from Canada can be subject to brokerages fees which is not included in the shipping charges. Any brokerage fees, customs duties and taxes levied on the order is the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot ship orders to P.O boxes. So for shipping your parcels a valid shipping address should be provided such as a street address and phone number.

You can check the status of your order with the help of the tracking number that will be provided to you once your order is shipped.
